These terms govern access to https://www.nxtgenaidev.com and the services operated by NextGen AI Dev Private Limited(“we”, “us”).
Use of the service
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to abuse rate limits, to attempt to bypass security, or to use the platform in ways that violate the policies of the underlying AI providers.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure. Activity from your account is your responsibility.
Fees and billing
Paid services are billed by usage. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant invoice.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the platform, code and trademarks. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the service and requesting account deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sitamarhi, Bihar, India.
