This policy explains how NextGen AI Dev Private Limited (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://www.nxtgenaidev.com or our products.
Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the name, email address and message contents you provide. When you use our platform or products, we collect operational data such as API usage, billing events, authentication events and audit logs needed to provide the service.
How we use information
To deliver our products and platform, respond to your enquiries, bill correctly, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing with third parties
We use trusted providers for hosting, payments (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paddle), email, and AI inference (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others). Data shared with them is limited to what is required to deliver the service you requested.
How we use Google account data
Connecting a Google account is optional, and nothing below happens unless you connect one and grant the permission it names. We ask for the narrowest permission that makes a feature work, and we use each one only for the purpose stated here:
- Gmail — to send and manage the messages the feature you are using produces on your behalf. We do not read your wider mailbox for any other purpose, and we do not build a profile from its contents.
- Calendar — to read your busy times so a slot is never offered when you are already booked, and to create, update or remove the events the product itself schedules. We do not read the contents of unrelated events.
- Drive — to open the files you explicitly select and to write back files the product creates for you. We do not browse your Drive or index files you have not chosen.
- Contacts — to let you pick someone you already know instead of typing their address by hand. We do not upload your address book or use it for outreach.
We do not use Google account data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Where a feature sends your content to an AI provider to produce a result you asked for, that content is used only to return that result.
Limited use of Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the feature you requested, or where required by law. We do not allow humans to read it, except with your explicit permission, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where required by law.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. You can disconnect Google at any time from your account settings, or revoke our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions — either revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.
Data retention
We keep operational and billing records as long as required by law and to provide continuity. Google tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect Google. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing connect@nxtgenaidev.com.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact us at connect@nxtgenaidev.com.
